2. All our physicians believe in good life-work balance and participate in many activities outside medicine. We play in the local orchestra, do yoga, collect rare books, compete in triathlons, kayak and cycle. All this and more is here for you!
3. We do comprehensive care. Our clinical work includes office practice, emergency, inpatient care and optional obstetrics - a range that provides great professional satisfaction. We also enjoy above-average earnings without compromising a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
4. Our clinic is equipped with Practice Solutions EMR. We are expanding this year to make room for additional doctors and our Family Health Team colleagues. Our new physicians will enjoy turn-key, state of the art workspace which will be free for the first year.
5. If you have special skills, interests or training, our Family Health Team will work with you to develop innovative programs to use those skills.

Community
Chesley is in Bruce County, just over 2 hours north of London and 1 ½ hours northwest of Kitchener-Waterloo. The town’s population is 1900; our patient population about 6,000.
Local industries include education, agriculture, health care and Bruce Power nuclear generating station. Bruce Power has a program to assist physicians’ spouses with employment.
The area has a lively cultural scene including theatre, orchestra, music and art schools and an active artists’ community. There is a strong local food movement, *great outdoor recreation, world-class beaches. The easily-accessible recreation for adults and children includes all kinds of sports ranging from triathlon clubs to curling and dance to yoga.
We have great outdoor recreation summer and winter, yet the town is within 2.5 hr of five universities. It’s a rural practice with excellent access to several cities. The town is close to Lake Huron and Georgian Bay, but without the increase in summer ER volume typically seen in resort areas.
